Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of users' personal data is Event Space sp. z o.o., ul. Kanarkowa 47, 11-041 Olsztyn, Polska, KRS 0001210621, tax ID 7394025935.

2. Scope and purposes of processing

Account data (name, email address, property name) is processed to provide the service — the basis is performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Billing data (buyer name, tax number, address) is processed to issue invoices — the basis is a legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Technical data (IP address, browser information, event logs) is processed to keep the service secure — the basis is legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Guest data entered by the user

Data of people staying at the property is entered by the service user, who remains its controller. In respect of that data we act as a processor, on the terms described in the data processing agreement.

We do not use guest data for our own purposes and do not share it with third parties other than the subprocessors named in the data processing agreement.

4. Retention period

Account data is kept for the duration of the contract and for 7 days after a deletion request, which allows the request to be withdrawn.

Billing data is kept for the period required by tax law, that is 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the invoice was issued.

Event logs are kept for no longer than 12 months.

5. Data recipients

Data may be transferred to server infrastructure providers, the payment operator and the email provider — only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

All recipients act under data processing agreements and process data within the European Economic Area.

We do not transfer data to third countries or international organisations.

6. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase, restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Requests can be sent to info@bedcal.com. We respond within one month of receiving the request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Cookies and visit statistics

The service uses only files necessary for it to work: keeping a logged-in session and remembering the chosen language.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not profile users.

Visits to the marketing pages are counted using our own analytics running on our servers. It sets no cookies, does not track users across websites and does not build individual profiles.

8. Automated decisions

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects for data subjects.
